Our host organisation is a successful Accounting and Financial Planning firm that is currently seeking a candidate keen on a future in the Financial Services industry.
The successful individual will join a medium sized company, working in newly renovated offices in a friendly and professional environment.
Whilst your main role will be to provide administration support to the team of accountants, you must be flexible as you will be expected to learn new and varied tasks on an ongoing basis.
Duties:
· Preparing correspondence;
· Liaising with clients;
· Preparing reports;
· Maintaining confidential records, reports, database and filing system;
· Assisting with marketing campaigns.
Selection Criteria:
· Good command of written and spoken English;
· Well presented and groomed;
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills;
· High attention to detail and accuracy;
· Professional and courteous;
· Smart and willing to learn;
· Keen interest in Financial Services;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:
· NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;
· Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months. |
