Our client can offer a vast range of services in building and construction actively completing turn-key projects in the Commercial, Health, Education, Retail, Residential and fitout sectors. They are in the market for a Contracts Administrator with 5 years + experience with extensive commercial construction experience. The right person; - Commercial projects experience $10Mil+
- Proficient with Jobpac, buildsoft or similar computer packages
- Able to communicate in all levels
Reporting directly to a Project Manager, this position will allow the right candidate to be part of an experience team of construction professional managing contracts for mid density projects across the ACT. Salary package will be open for negotiation and will be around $85K - $100K total salary package (assessed and based through experience).
