We currently have a vacancy starting as a Recruitment Co-ordinator in our Business Support team located in Chatswood with the expectation to promote you to a Consultant after 6 months.

This is a fast paced and challenging role working closely with a dynamic team of experienced consultants and mentors.  Your first 3 months will focus on mastering the important administration aspects including writing advertisements, accurate database management and the weekly time-sheeting process as well as the candidate registration cycle which is everything from resume/telephone screening, interviewing, referencing, skills testing and general customer service support.  You will then commence your sales training to prepare you for a 360 degree consulting role managing your own client group.

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

·         Business related tertiary qualification (preferred)

·         Previous business to business experience in sales or customer service or administration support

·         Strong time management skills

·         Excellent communication skills with the passion for building a career in sales

·         A current driver’s license
