Due to an internal promotion an Internal Key Account Manager position has become available to join an international logistics company. This multinational has a phenomenal reputation worldwide providing freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

As a dedicated Internal Key Account Manager you will look after major key accounts and you will be managing all aspects, including:
- following up on customer enquiries
- maintaining customer order follow up and shipment status
- liaising with national and international suppliers
- maintaining order tracking system
- and anything else needed to provide superior customer service

To be successful in this role you will have:
- previous experience in a freight forward position
- working knowledge of national and international trade procedures, including import and export process, trade terms, document requirements etc.
- the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- attention to detail
- high level of customer service and administrative skills
